Returns Eligibility

Jewellery Returns

We accept returns on eligible jewellery items within 14 days of delivery provided the item:

Is returned in its original condition
Shows no signs of wear or damage
Includes any original packaging or certificates where applicable

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Bullion Returns

Due to the nature of precious metals and fluctuating market prices, bullion products including gold bars and coins are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged
The incorrect item was sent
There is a verified issue with authenticity or condition

This policy helps protect both buyers and market pricing integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the packaging and item
A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem and make things right.

Securely package the item for return
Use a tracked delivery service for your protection
Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or resolution

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for:

Worn or damaged jewellery
Altered or resized items
Bullion affected by tampering or opened packaging
Custom or special-order products
